Rekan Interfood yuk buat dessert yang disukai banyak orang ini untuk menemani weekend mu!

Bahan Lapisan Dasar Cake:
• Biskuit 200 gram (marie regal), hancurkan
• Mentega tawar 120 gram, lelehkan
Bahan Cheese Cake:
• Cream cheese 450 gram, lunakkan di suhu ruang selama 30 menit
• Mentega tawar 50 gram
• Gula bubuk 100 gram
• Kuning telur ayam 6
• Kulit jeruk lemon parut 1 sendok teh
• Air jeruk lemon 1 sendok teh
• Yogurt tawar 50 gram
• Tepung terigu serbaguna 130 gram
• Putih telur ayam 100 mili liter, kocok kaku hingga runcing
Bahan Topping:
• Stroberi 300 gram, potong menjadi dua bagian
• Air 300 mili liter
• Agar-agar bubuk warna putih 1/2 bungkus (3,5 gram)

Cara Membuat Strawberry Cheese Cake:
1. Olesi loyang bongkar pasang berdiameter 22 cm dengan sedikit margarin atau mentega, sedikit tepung terigu, sisihkan.
2. Lapisan dasar cake: campur biskuit dan mentega. Padatkan secara merata di dasar loyang lalu simpan di dalam kulkas.
3. Cheesecake: kocok cream cheese, mentega, dan gula menggunakan mixer dengan kecepatan sedang hingga lembut. Masukkan kuning telur satu per satu sambil terus dikocok hingga rata.
4. Masukan kulit jeruk, air jeruk lemon, dan yoghurt, kocok hingga semua bahan benar-benar merata. Masukan tepung terigu secara bertahap sambil diaduk dengan spatula hingga rata.
5. Masukan putih telur kocok secara bertahap sambil diaduk menggunakan spatula hingga rata. Tuang adonan kedalam loyang, ratakan.
6. Memanggang: Panggang adonan cake di dalam oven panas bersuhu 170 derajat celcius hingga matang kurang lebih selama 60 menit. Angkat. Setelah cake dingin, simpan cake ke dalam lemari es hingga saat penyajian.
7. Setelah itu rebus air bersama agar-agar sambil diaduk hingga agar-agar larut. Angkat sisihkan.
8. Susun potongan strawberry di permukaan cake. Olesi strawberry dengan larutan agar-agar supaya mengkilap. Dinginkan kembali, lalu sajikan.
