Bahan I:
• 250 gr telur utuh = 5 btr
• 150 gr gula pasir
• ¼ sdt garam
• ¼ sdt Ny. Liem Vanilla Cream

Bahan II:
• 75 gr terigu bola salju
• 75 gr maizena matang
• 5 gr Ny.Liem BP

Bahan III:
• 15 gr Ny.Liem SP

Bahan IV:
• 30 gr susu UHT
• 25 gr Royalkrone Butter Substitute (dilelehkan)
• 25 gr Minyak Rose Brand
• 3 gr Ny. Liem Essence Pisang Ambon

Bahan - Bahan Pelengkap:
• 25 gr Meisses

Cara Membuat:
1. Bahan I dikocok dengan kecepatan low selama ± 1 menit.
2. Beri Bahan II, kocok dengan kecepatan low, lalu dengan kecepatan medium selama ± 1 menit.
3. Masukkan Bahan III, kocok dengan kecepatan max selama 1 menit 20 detik, Lalu timbang @ 80 gr (tergantung dari cupnya).
4. Terakhir masukkan Bahan IV, kocok selama ± 5 menit dengan kecepatan low.
5. Lalu cetak menggunakan cetakkan kerucut.
6. Kemudian dikukus dengan suhu 90oC selama 12 menit.
7. 1 resep menjadi 15 buah.

Catatan:
I. Low 1 menit
II. Low 1 menit
III. Max 1 menit 20 detik - 1 menit 30 detik. Lalu ditimbang volumenya (tergantung dari cupnya)
IV. Low 5 menit

• Perhitungan cupnya : berat air X 0,4.

Penyelesaian:
1. Ambil adonan putih 100 gram.
2. Ambil adonan hijau muda 130 gram.
3. Ambil hijau tua 20 gram.
4. Sisanya beri merah tua + 25 gr Meisses.
