Klepon yang satu ini tidak terbuat dari tepung, melainkan berbahan dasar ubi. Berikut resepnya:

Bahan:

2 ubi ungu ukuran sedang
1/4 butir kelapa parut
1 sdm tepung tapioka
50 gram keju
1 sdm garam
1 lembar daun pandan

Cara Membuat:

1. Kupas ubi ungu dan bersihkan.
2. Kukus sampai matang setelah itu haluskan.
3. Masukkan tepung tapioka dan uleni sampai adonan kalis.
4. Jika adonan kurang kalis tambahkan air.
5. Potong-potong keju jadi kecil.
6. Bentuk adonan dan pipihkan, masukkan isian keju dan bulatkan adonan.
7. Lakukan sampai semua adonan habis.
8. Panaskan air dan rebus klepon sampai mengapung.
9. Tiriskan.
10. Kukus parutan kelapa yang sudah dicampur garam dan pandan selama kurang lebih 10 menit.
11. Sajikan klepon dengan kelapa.

Tak hanya kambing, ayam juga dapat disajikan tongseng. Rekan Interfood, bisa membuatnya dengan resep berikut:

Bahan-bahan:

300 gr daging ayam potong, bersihkan dan rendam air jeruk nipis
200 gr kol, potong-potong
300 ml air santan kental
200 m air santan cair
10 buah cabai rawit utuh
2 buah tomat, potong jadi empat
2 batang serai, memarkan
2 batang daun bawang, potong-potong
1 sdt kaldu ayam
2 sdm kecap manis
garam dan gula secukupnya
air secukupnya

Bumbu halus:

5 buah bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
1/2 sdt merica
1/2 sdt ketumbar
3 butir kemiri
2 buah cabai rawit
3 buah cabai merah
1 sdt garam

Cara membuat:

1. Ulek bumbu halus. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus dan masukkan serai. Tumis hingga harum.
2. Masukkan ayam potong yang sudah dipotong-potong kecil, tumis bersama bumbu hingga rata.
3. Tuang santan kental, masak hingga tercampur rata dengan bumbu dan kuah agak panas sambil diaduk-aduk. Tuang santan cair dan air secukupnya. Masak hingga kuah mengental.
4. Masukkan kol, cabai rawit utuh dan tomat yang sudah dipotong. Masak hingga mendidih.
5. Masukkan kecap manis, gula, garam dan kaldu ayam. Aduk rata dan masak lagi hingga ayam matang, bumbu meresap, kuah berkurang dan mengental. Taburi daun bawang. Aduk rata.
