Kue mangkok merupakan salah satu jajanan pasar yang terbuat dari tepung beras. Berikut adalah resepnya:
Bahan:

1. 180 grm tepung beras
2. 70 grm tepung terigu protein rendah
3. 150 grm gula pasir
4. 150 grm tape singkong / tape nasi
5. 350 ml santan
6. 1 sdt peres BPDA
7. 2 lembar daun pandan ikat simpul
8. Secukupnya pasta pandan
9. Sedikit garam

Cara membuat:
1. Panaskan / kukus cetakan kue mangkok, rebus santan + gula + garam + daun pandan, sampai mendidih, aduk agar santan tidak pecah, biarkan hangat
2. Campur tape + tepung beras + tepung terigu aduk rata sampai tape lumer dan lembut
3. Tuang santan ke adonan tepung aduk rata sampai kalis (tidak bergerindil) bila perlu saring
4. Beri pasta pandan dan BPDA, aduk rata
5. Tuang ke cetakan yang masih di kukusan, kecilkan dulu apinya biar gak kesolot panas, secukupnya aja (3/4 cup) aq kepenuhan tuangnya, jadi mekroknya kebangetan besar2 ada yg gx kebagian tempat mekrok saking penuhnya
6. Kukus dengan api besar dan tutup.kukusan di lapisi serbet, kukus selama 25 menit

Tips: Dapat juga diberi pewarna makanan agar kue mangkok berwarna-warni

Sesuai dengan namanya soto Surabaya merupakan makanan khas dari kota Surabaya yang terkenal akan kelezatannya. Berikut adalah resepnya:
Bahan:
1 ekor ayam (dipotong jd 4)
3 ltr air
3 bh serai (digeprek)
3 lbr daun salam
3 lbr daun jeruk
4 bh telur ayam (rebus)
100 gr soon (rebus & tiriskan)
3 btg daun bawang (iris bulat2)
4 btg bawang prey (iris bulat2)
5 btg seledri (iris tipis2)
2 bh jeruk nipis
garam
gula
merica bubuk
bawang goreng
bumbu halus :
8 bh bawang putih
7 bh bawang merah
1 ruas jahe
2 ruas kunyit
7 bh kemiri
sedikit ketumbar
kerupuk rambak / kerupuk udang
Cara membuat:
1. Tumis bumbu halus, tambahkan daun salam, daun jeruk, serai sampai layu.
2. Rebus ayam dengan air lalu masukkan tumisan bumbu halus. Tambahkan garam, gula, merica. Tunggu hingga mendidih (ayam matang)
3. Setelah ayam matang, keluarkan ayam lalu goreng dalam minyak panas sebentar. Tiriskan dan suir.
4. Tambahkan bawang prey dan bawang goreng ketika kaldu sudah siap dihidangkan. Matikan api, angkat.
5. Cara menyajikan: Ambil mangkok, beri nasi putih (nasi putih bs dipisah), suwiran ayam, potongan telur rebus. Siram dengan kuah soto. Taburi daun bawang, bawang goreng dan seledri. Siram dengan sedikit air jeruk nipis. Dan beri kerupuk & sambal di pinggir.

Tips: Bisa juga ditambahkan soun dan irisan kol sesuai dengan selera
